Hey!

I am Lélio, a French Game Designer, now living in Montreal, QC. I am a new graduate from Isart Digital Montreal!

Creating and imagining things have always been my passion while having a solid scientific profile. Game design is at the crossroads of these things, allowing me to express myself entirely by creating games!

Specializing in Technical, Combat, and Enemy Design, I am also interested in AI and 3C Design. I am currently looking for an opportunity starting November 2024.

Professional Work

  • Gameloft Montreal - 6 months (2024)​

         Role: Technical Game Design Intern 

         Project: Disney Dreamlight Valley - 2023

  1. Created and integrated items in the game in collaboration with the art, narrative, and monetization teams.

  2. Ensured the integration workflow and its optimization within the team.

  3. Documented workflows and best practices.

  • Studio Cut To Bits - 14 months (2023/ 2024)

         Role: Game Design Intern (Enemy Design/ Encounter Design)

         Project: Venture To The Vile - 2024

 

  1. Designed, Prototyped, and polished enemies in the game.

  2. Implemented enemies' animations.

  3. Worked closely with Art and Prog to ensure design vision for the enemies.

  4. Balanced and tweaked enemies.

  5. Did the encounter design for a level of the game and encounter passes for multiple levels.

  • Virtuos France - 11 months (2021/ 2022)

         Role: QA Tester Intern

                        Medal Of Honor: Above and Beyond for Quest 2 - 2021

  1. Tested, reported, and ensured bug tracking.

  2. Updated and kept the database up to date

  3. Worked with the Game and Level Designers to ensure design quality (balancing, difficulty, progression).
